We explore problems, make focused digital products and release them early enough to learn something. The work can include software, AI and automation, but the technology is a means—not the pitch.

We do not pretend every experiment is a company, or that every launch is a success. A useful product earns the right to grow. Until then, we keep it simple, pay attention and improve what matters.

From time to time, we may also work with a small number of companies on a product worth building. The same rules apply: a clear problem, honest scope and something real at the end.
